The voice as a Pathway to Presence & Transformation

I offer one-to-one sessions, group workshops and immersive experiences using the voice for nervous system regulation, emotional release, creative expression and deeper states of consciousness.

My work weaves together naad yoga (meditation through sound), vocal play, collaborative sounding, songwriting, and deep emotional holding, shaped by my background in family constellations, shadow work, and long-term therapeutic process work.

At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: every voice belongs.
You don’t need to be a singer. You don’t need confidence. You don’t need experience. You only need curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Through gentle toning practices, playful vocal exploration, call-and-response, group sounding, guided creative exercises and songwriting, I create spaces where people can soften, open, and reconnect with their natural voice beyond ideas of performance, talent, or “getting it right.”

In my spaces you may experience

grounding and nervous system soothing through toning and sound

playful vocal games that build confidence and connection

collaborative song and group voice exploration

emotional expression and release

creative flow, songwriting and personal storytelling

deeper embodiment, presence and self-trust

My work is about practice, not perfection — reconnecting with the voice as a living, feeling, expressive part of the body.

WORKSHOPS

SINGING THE RIVER

Dive in and discover the transformational current of your own voice. Through meditative practices and play you’ll deepen your relationship with your own authentic singing voice and tap into new forms of creativity and personal expression.

This is an intimate closed group where you'll have the safety and holding to deepen your connection with your voice.

Fortnightly from 21st April - 30th June

10am-12pm The Old Mill, Totnes

Singing the River is open to all levels of singing experience. We will be exploring some of the collaborative improvisation forms which will involve your individual voice being heard in a group setting. This is very often where we meet our edge but on the other side of this edge is where the transformative power lies that can be so revolutionary in bringing our selves forward in authentic expression.

This is a rare moment for me where I open up my morning practice to be shared in the community. These practices have been the cornerstone of my wellbeing over the years.

Caution: singing can unleash unparalleled amounts of joy, deepen your relationship with yourself and make you feel fantastic.

For any more information and to sign up contact me by clicking below or through the contact page.

If singing feels unbearably edgy for you and you would like some personalised holding, I offer 1 to 1 sessions at my home in Dartington and online.

A weekend immersion into creative vocal expression invoking archetypeal energies through shamanic journey, ritual and play.

Venue: Caddaford Barns, Dartington

When: June 6th-7th 2026

What I draw from

I was naturally introduced to improvised singing on my first visit to India, sharing time on the road with a new friend who happened to also be a professional singer, practicing daily with her shruti box. I went on to spend 6 years in a shamanic Brazilian singing group learning 100's of songs and practicing them as a way of life. After a couple of years of performance I wanted to study music more deeply so I returned to India and spent 12 weeks immersed in Indian classical singing in both Kerala and Rishikesh. Since then I have done a week long training in Chloe Goodchild's Naked Voice, an NVN harmony singing teacher training with Frankie Armstrong and a year long deep dive in collaborative vocal improvisation (CVI) with Briony Greenhill. I also apprenticed Frankie Armstrong on a series of her ‘Singing the Archetypes’ workshops. I also spent 4 years in a Deep Soul Connection psychic development group and 3 years in a weekly Reevaluation Counselling group. I am currently training in family constellations and shadow work.
